I had them perform an oil change and tire rotation that was paid for. they did not do a tire roation but yet still charged me for it. I called them out on it and they did offer to take the vehicle back and was paid for. they did not do a tire roation but yet still charged me for it. I called them out on it and they did offer to take the vehicle back and do it but I did not have time to have the work performed after the vehice was there for almost 2 hrs. they offered to make good on the rotation when I bring it back, but thats asssuming I will be brining it back to the dealership.
