Our experience was great! We did not deal with Quincy much. I think the only thing that we marked Don Davis down on was waiting on the car when we came to pick it up. I own (5) vehicles from (2) BMW's, a GMC, a Honda and my 91 Nissan 300ZX, and absolutely, the worst service experience ever! I brought my 1991 Nissan 300ZX for service to have an alternator installed and 6 91 Nissan 300ZX, and absolutely, the worst service experience ever! I brought my 1991 Nissan 300ZX for service to have an alternator installed and 6 plug tune-up. My car runs harder and rougher than ever before and definitely worst than it did prior to the alternator going out. I remember the service manager saying to me, that he didn't want anyone in his shop servicing my car because it was older than most of the mechanics. Not sure who serviced it but I am not pleased, and I didn't have the time to argue and dispute cause they already had the car for a week in their service garage and I had a business trip I was departing for on the next day, so I just wanted to get the car home into my garage. Now, that I am back and have time to deal with this matter, I will be taking my car to a specialized Nissan mechanic to correct Don Davis Nissan mechanical deficiencies and get my car back to running the way it was running prior to the alternator going out. I just feel instead of trying to make a service buck, Don Davis should have been honest with me and stated that they didn't have the mechanical experience in their garage to work on my vehicle( A Classic) that is 32yrs in age and in very good condition, engine, exterior and interior. More
