Ngozi is an awesome asset to your company. On the day I went in to look at the available inventory, our area was experiencing heavy rains. Ngozi was the first person to greet me. I intentiona On the day I went in to look at the available inventory, our area was experiencing heavy rains. Ngozi was the first person to greet me. I intentionally was staying outside to look around at the inventory while there was a break in the rain. He came outside to meet me and introduce himself. He showed a deeper desire to connect by asking my last name, which is very rare and often mispronounced. He not only pronounced it correctly, but he was also able to accurately suggest its geographical origin. He braved the unfavorable weather to allow me to see the specific units I was wanting to inquire about. He was very knowledgeable about his products and able to communicate the differences the one would want to know about. I had already 'done my homework' but used his information to confirm what I had learn and ask specific questions to clarify other specifics I was interested in knowing so that I would buy the vehicle I truly wanted. The only thing that I would have wished happened differently was to know that the "Dealership Fees", $1,999, I was told were a standard fee of the dealership were actually being used to compensate the "added benefits" that I was told were included with my purchase when I choose this particular dealership to do my business through. The price of the dealership fees, and its benefits were something I most likely would have agreed to anyways. But the lack of clarity on what the dealerships fees were for and the fact that many of the 'perks' of choosing this dealership were not an extra benefit of choosing this dealership, but due to a fee that was 'mandated' by the dealership. Stephen was also absolutely incredible in going through and explaining all my options in ensuring I had the coverages that I wanted on this vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the products various products. More importantly not pushy or trying to have me purchase items that I didn't want or need. I went in to the situation knowing most of what I needed to know, but Stephen's product knowledge made me sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed to protect my investment. In the end, I am very happy with my purchase and experience at Don Davis. Ngozi and Stephen are incredible assets of your organization. I would definitely choose this dealership and Ngozi to assist me with the purchase of my next Nissan. More
