I went in for one reason and they wanted still charge me for labor and for diagnostic even though my warranty covered that. So they made me pay 100 for the deductible and 100 for their diagnostic when I tol for labor and for diagnostic even though my warranty covered that. They were very helpful in checking my car out, even when I told them that it had a funny noise on the right side of the car. There’s not much communication when you need it, but if they need it they’ll spam your phone. It took a week for them to pull some wires apparently, and sending the truck to the body shop was discussed the they need it they’ll spam your phone. I had to stop by in person to actually get an estimate Wednesday since no response was given to prior inquiry, I was told hopefully Friday, Thursday my phone was spammed while I was working to do some urgent switch of the loaner I got which I assumed would be for the truck I’m waiting for, I couldn’t switch it til the following day, and lo and behold I got another loaner instead. Having been told the wiring had been taken out and that’s all I guess there was to show for the week, the body shop trip only being done that day. Not exactly pleased with that. More
