All the service people that I had contact were great. I had a leaking tire checked and replaced for free thanks to the complementary coverage on my car. I also planned on having a 6 month checkup done I had a leaking tire checked and replaced for free thanks to the complementary coverage on my car. I also planned on having a 6 month checkup done so the day before I arranged for a 9:00AM appointment. I was not told of any delay, and at 11:00AM I checked with service, and was told that I was next in line to start on my car. At that point I requested that they just fix the tire and not do the checkup. I got my car back at 12:00AM. If appointments don't matter, the customer should be informed of that. If I set up an appointment, drive in customers should not be placed ahead of me.
