summary- service is bad. communication not good, multiple customers were unhappy and eventually I found out why. story-- it just wasn't good. the wait was long. i had an communication not good, multiple customers were unhappy and eventually I found out why. story-- it just wasn't good. the wait was long. i had an appointment days before hand, they switched my advisor without telling me and she's okay (jacquie) but i noticed she does have a strong way of speaking to people. Her tone isn't bad and def wasn't with me, but it was something I kind of questioned at first before i saw her interacting with other clients as well - BUT one particular customer started getting loud was a lady that was mad because the test driving people didnt test her car slow enough. That lady came in for an oil change but wanted a full diagnostic and then pitched a fit and hinted that her oil change should be free for her "incovnevinc" when REALLY she cut in front of anybody else that had their appointment scheduled (problem the same type of customer that wouldve been the reason my appt was pushed back). Anyway, and then *different people now* there was a customer lady that wanted her battery checked and she was upset that she had to pay $34 because her service advisor (didn't get her name but looked new as i hadn't seen her in the multiple visits i made in months prior new lady worker) and it just seemed like all around customers were confused and it caused them to act in ways that affected other customers. So i think you all need to start calling people when they schedule appointment to ensure they know what is supposed to be going on - then they can still try that confused so "give me freebies" mess if they want too - but it really isn't cool when a customer is truly in the wrong and causes a scene AND SETBACKS for other customers. luckily there were snack so i kept my mouth shut. additioally, i was told that nothing was wrong with my rim, but then i got in the car and found a paper with red markings where something as wrong. tried following up through phone and email 4 times with noone getting back to me. I only gave an extra star because there was a good man, Johnson?, service manager, that seemed to help everybody's problem. not to put more work on his shoulders but i think he needs to go back through and train people especially jackie's tone. cause that first lady probably would've acted out a little less had jacquie not been so defensive and sassy the whole time. OHHH!! and there was a girl that came to interview for a front desk position, her currently working friend was trying to get her the job (both young so maybe just immature) but they were in front of me, a customer, with the current employee talking about how drunk and sloppy her and her bf were at club escapade 09. Cool, do you and everybody else if you want, but anybody that's not fresh out of HS probably does not care or want to hear about the craaazy but so chill night yall had. More
