Quincy and Marvin together a scam artist! Sold me a car that didn’t reverse. Bernard who was amazing! Helped me find my new car. After purchasing the car Marvin and Quincy harassed me for my Sold me a car that didn’t reverse. Bernard who was amazing! Helped me find my new car. After purchasing the car Marvin and Quincy harassed me for my title on a car that was never mentioned to Bernard. Marvin and Quincy both wanted to argue me down that my other vehicle was on my contract. Quincy gave me only a 4 day tag on my car having me drive back to Arlington from Mesquite to only tell me “are you ready to complete the deal so you can get your tags” he stated “we need the title” again you are harassing me about a car that has nothing to do with this. Was told I needed to trade in two cars and put $900.00. That’s wrong and continue to harass me throughout the weekend. This was a horrible experience. If Bernard never would of came into the picture I would probably still be in this circus show. Also Marvin bribed me with money to just get the Ford Focus. He gave me $100.00 to just “let me work my magic” again don’t treat me one way and then con me with a lemon. Told me “I am done with you work with someone else” “trade the car I don’t care at the point”. I plan on posting online so they know not to use Marvin or Quincy. Or just don’t use Don Davis. This was the most horrible experience ever. Bernard was the best part of this entire process. More

I went to get my front tire fix, because it had a nail and all so when I both the car I was not given a key for the tire nuts. the service rep told me that I had to paid for the new key nuts and I told hi and all so when I both the car I was not given a key for the tire nuts. the service rep told me that I had to paid for the new key nuts and I told him to replace them and fix the tire. I to a person in sale and told me that it should be free to get a new tire nuts. The salesman talk to service manager and suppose they were not going to charge me for the key nuts. After I got home from picking my car I look at the service perform description on what was done on my car the tire was not fix, only air was put on the tire and said that I declined tire repair, which I did not said that. Next day I went to Discount Tire place and got my tire fixed, thanks to the service guy. More

I had a 12 PM appointment for a four wheel alignment. Arrived and checked in at 11:45 AM. Waited all day until 5:30 PM before manager got involved to get this service done. I was offered no explanation as to why my vehicle had sat all this time without being serviced. This isn’t the proper way to conduct business, especially if you intend to earn a customer’s loyalty. The service manager did however wave the $99.00 alignment charge. More

My husband was there for 5 hours to get a recall taken care of, he was not given updates, he was forced to wait there.
