I arrived 30 min. Early for an 8am appointment for a oil change and state inspection. Took. Almost 4 hours. Does that seem like a reasonable amount of time for a person with an appointment? I’m going to start evaluating my service needs a little more intentionally. Oil changes can be done in less than 30 minutes most places. State inspection 10 minutes. My time is worth more than what was shown at don davis. More
