I went in for an oil change and was offered to get a free appraisal on my vehicle. I was told I had 7k in equity in my car, so I went ahead and test drove some cars. At the table when I was about to buy the appraisal on my vehicle. I was told I had 7k in equity in my car, so I went ahead and test drove some cars. At the table when I was about to buy the car, they switched on me and told me I only had 2k on collateral on my car. This has been the worst of my car buying experiences and I will never purchase a car from Nissan again. More
