Just for oil change 4 plus hours per day for 3 days I took days off from my work due to negligence of mechanical staff including manager. All of my 4 cars I bought from Don Davis but this experience wor took days off from my work due to negligence of mechanical staff including manager. I scheduled my appointment and was taken to an office where I was able to work. It was a great experience. My service advisor kept me informed and let me know what was needed to be done. Had an appointment for oil change, arrived on time, checked in, 2 hours later vehicle still not in service bay. Asked when, told soon. 30 min later, still not being serviced.
