Made an appointment to get recalls fixed and get an oil change. They said they had no loaners to give out and couldnt guarantee when they would have the car done. Dropped it off at a little after 3:00 on a Tuesday they locked the car at like 4: 30 that afternoon and I kept checking on my Nissan connect app the car was never unlocked and it never moved finally at 3:30 the next day I went to go pick it up because I couldn't go forever without a car so I went back to pick it up they hadn't even done the oil change and they had the car for at least 24 hours.
