Took my car in for a brake repair. It took three days to complete it. When I received my car my paint was damaged and it looked like they attempt it to half fix it. They gave the car, and didn't feel the need to inform me that they damaged the paint. It was damaged by the back passenger door which I would of noticed before since I open the door for my wife to get in when she gets in the vehicle. I also just purchased the vehicle from the same dealership, and I checked it thoroughly before purchasing, and I looked for all the paint damages before purchasing. I don't feel like being without a car for another week so I didn't reach out to get it fixed I took the loss to attempt to avoid any more losses. As for the brakes the were fixed good and they used OEM parts which was good. Overall bad experience since they damaged my paint, but good work completed. Would I return? Probably not. Don't feel like getting one thing repaired and another damaged. More

My service advisor Sammy was the worst, and the manager Robert wasn't much better. Took over a week to get minor repairs done.
