Trust me when I say that the best part about my visit was being told that it would be 4 hour wait but turned out to be a 3 hour wait for a scheduled oil change. I did tell Kevin that I would wait and IF some being told that it would be 4 hour wait but turned out to be a 3 hour wait for a scheduled oil change. I did tell Kevin that I would wait and IF something would of changed I would let him know. I ended up staying at the dealership. The only time I heard from Kevin was a text advising my car was ready. When we met up, he told me that he thought that I left, which could explain why I never saw or heard from him about the status of my car during my wait. He DID NOT go over anything about the service that I was provided nor did he advice me of any service that may be up coming about my vehicle. To top it off, after getting in my car there were 3 grease spots on the inside door panel (I have picture to prove this), which left me feeling like my car was fifthly. I've been dealing with Don Davis Nissan since 2014 and this is the 5th vehicle I have brought in to be service and was always provided excellent service. For what I waited for I could of just went to the Midas down the street from me and I can promise you, this was the worse experience I have encounter. More
