I was not expecting to spend four hours at the dealership service department for a routine oil change. I made an appointment for 10:00 am and did not leave until after 2:00 pm. I came in for oil and filter and tire rotation. I had made an appt for 10:30. At 12:45 I was told my car may be ready at 2:00. I was not willing to wait 4 hours for this service and pulled my car.
