This time I decided to set an appointment versus walking in. The wait time was a little less this way. My intake advisor was Brenda she was really nice and great personality. The only reason why I put three stars was because of the girl at the front desk. Every time I come in (which isn’t often) the younger girls at the front always act like they don’t want to be there. They bar girl at the front desk. Every time I come in (which isn’t often) the younger girls at the front always act like they don’t want to be there. They barely greet you and immediately say “can I help you” as soon as you step to the desk. I work in customer service and I would NEVER not greet people. No matter how bad my day is I leave my problems at the door. I walked up to the counter to check out and the girl said “you need something?” And I said hello THREE times before she said “hello can I help you” with an attitude! In my head all I could think was so unprofessional and they need to really train the staff at that front. Daniel was good about getting my car back. But that front desk has always been an issue for me. If my car was not under warranty believe me, I would definitely be going somewhere else. More

Had my Pathfinder in there to have leather seats installed and my windows tinted. The customer young lady was wonderful. Can't say enough wonderful words about her. I don't know what you call detail but I call detail not a speck of dirt or dust any where on it. The dash was dusty there was foot prints on the third row floor. I know it has been raining and understand spots on the outside but not the dust on the inside. More
