Super easy process. Got my car towed in on Sunday because of a blown out tire, keys were left in the drop box and they changed my tire before I could even call in and check on it Monday morning. Best thing a of a blown out tire, keys were left in the drop box and they changed my tire before I could even call in and check on it Monday morning. Best thing about it was that it was all covered under secure guard! More

Not sure why I tried again but I will never come back. Chris Vasquez made a mistake and told me he’d call me by 3pm but he was thinking about another customer. Never did he call, even once, to apologize or inform me of the status for my car. No one did. Worst dealership and I won’t recommend to anyone. Had to pick up my car with nothing done bc no one told me a diagnostic would take 3-4 days. Chris knew I needed my car back by Wednesday and yet, said nothing. Incompetent xxxxxxxx. More
