The gentleman that I dealt with regarding the financing seemed to. ( either through misunderstanding of my needs or an attempt to bait and switch. ) be very evasive. . Other than that , the experience was OK . Once again. , would really like to reach out for the service that Joel provided. . More

I recently took my 2019 Nissan Rogue for what I thought would be a simple oil change and tire rotation. Was I wrong. They've apparently shifted to these "maintenance packages" only, and gone are the days of a la carte services. I was pushed into their Basic 30,000 Mile Interval Service Package for a whopping $499.95, even though my car is at around 59,000 miles and I've been handling a lot of this stuff myself. It felt like I had no choice if I wanted anything done at all. Let's break down why this was such a rip-off. The package includes things like replacing the key fob battery at $12.00 – seriously? I can buy a pack of two Duracell CR2032 batteries online or at any store for under $5 and swap them myself in seconds. Then there's the cabin air filter at $47.45; aftermarket options are available for $15-25, and even OEM parts online go for around $20-30. The engine air filter was $29.95, which is still marked up compared to $20-ish elsewhere. I already changed both filters and the fob batteries recently, so why am I paying for duplicates? The brake fluid flush was another unnecessary add-on in this bundle. I had my brake pads replaced back in 2024, which included a flush then – no need to do it again so soon, but it's baked into the package. And what even is this "Vehicle Protection Service" tacked on? From what I can tell, it's some vague multi-point inspection or extended protection plan (like Nissan's Security+Plus), but it feels more like protection money to the mob – pay up or your car doesn't get serviced. Their brochure lists it, but it's not clear what real value it adds beyond basic checks I could do myself or get for free elsewhere. Yes. I know that I could have taken my vehicle to an oil change service. I stopped going to these places because they somehow forgot to put oil in my car. I drove the car for another 3k miles. It wasn't until the next oil change that the tech informed me that there was little oil in the vehicle. I am surprised that the check oil light did not come on. The engine lasted for another 5 years. Had I not encountered an issue with the transmission, I would still be driving that car. Pain points from this visit. - Key fob battery: $12 (I can buy two Duracells for $5 and replace them myself). - Cabin air filter: $47.45 (available online/OEM for $20-30). - Engine air filter: $29.95 (marked up from $20 elsewhere). Two stars because the staff was polite, but the bundled-only policy feels like a money grab with massive markups on basic parts and labor. More
Process went smooth during car searching and test drive process. Financial process could have been more detailed on the exact tricks, tweaks and etc. used to determine overall monthly payment in the end. process.
