Ms.Alvarez. My feedback was received. When I stated the Service Advisers needed additional training (in my opinion) it did not include Ms. Norma Mitcham, she was excellent, took matters in her own hand, despite poor service from the Service Mgr and Brendan.. she followed up on my issue and got it resolved. I still think the Seevice Department warrants a REVIEW and OVERHAUL. There were other customers waiting and complaining about the service and lack of communication. Thank you for your prompt attention and Happy Holiday..
