Not the same Don Davis my; family, friends and I purchased cars from multiple times over the years. I was need of a car badly and didn’t want to finance but pay cash. I knew it would be limited opti purchased cars from multiple times over the years. I was need of a car badly and didn’t want to finance but pay cash. I knew it would be limited options but believed I could trust Don Davis in the process of getting something safe without the need for immediate repairs. Though I opted to go to Don Davis Nissan from past experience it wasn’t the same but what can I do - purchased a vehicle that I was assured had gone through safety inspection and within the next day discovered; oil pressure light, inner tire rod problem. A mirror was replaced by them stating it could not pass their inspection but it simply was placed on and was loose and did not operate with the adjustable control. Don Davis salesman agreed to fix the inner tire rod but I received no documentation to support this and the clicking and alignment doesn’t appear to have improved. I regret tossing $7k down the drain and in less than 1 week after purchase a charging system light came on that required the alternator to be replaced. When I was told by the sales manager that the car was to go to auction BUT Don Davis Nissan would rather sale it to a customer; I asked him if he would trust this vehicle to be sold to his mother and he replied yes. I naively trusted it was ok though used and no warranty as is. Nonetheless I really feel great business service was not exercised and has impacted myself, family and friends from trusting this dealership over the years; Don Davis, Ford, Don Davis Jeep & Don Davis Nissan. A lot was impacted by COVID and clearly you see the difference with the cost of everything but smart businesses must be mindful of utmost integrity and great service because only those will truly thrive with longevity as the consumer has many options to go elsewhere. More

I bought a set of 4 tires and 1 was defective. You replaced the defective 1 but since put it on the van it goes flat about every 3 days starting from day 1.
