I had an appointment for 1pm and wasn’t seen until 3 something. Why schedule an appointment if it’s not going to be honored. I took time off of work for this appointment. Sent my son to get a synthetic oil change. Went in with low washer fluid light on and that's how they returned it to him. When I call they tell him to bring it back to top off. Left car on 9/8 (purchased 9/3) to have some items fixed that were identified when purchased. Picked up, at my insistence, on 9/10 because we wanted for the weekend. 5 items on the list, only 1 done. had that were identified when purchased. Left message for salesman, have not received a call back yet to at least keep me updated. What is status of parts order? new service appointment? Have purchased 2 cars there, leased 2 others. My service rep, Daniel Thom, was polite and soft-spoken. He clearly discussed service needs in words easy for me to understand. Their service advisors are among the best I’ve ever dealt with, but the time spent there was ridiculous. I set an appointment for noon, arrived at 11:45 and left at 5:30.
