Don Davis Nissan

Took in used Nissan Altima I bought 37 days ago from Don Davis because the tire had a worn spot that was not from my 37 days of driving. (I had mentioned that this car was pre-certified didn’t know why I would need this already) tried to get me to purchase this later…took over 3 hours and would’ve been much longer had I not complained… told me appointments are put ahead of walk in, explained I wouldn’t be a walk in if I hadn’t of found a road hazard that was sold to me like this. Long story short, this is why I don’t go to dealership service centers. They are awful and just want to make money off you… More

Was interested in a car. Spoke with 3 different individuals who said the car was available. I asked for pictures, which I never got. Another individual then called me and told me that the car was sent to auction. He then proceeded to attempt to get me interested in a different car after I told him I was only interested in the one. This dealership needs to improve on communication skills and their ability to go look at the lot so that customers aren't told something is available when it hasn't been for days. More
