Waiting almost 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I don’t have 25 words. I think my feed is pretty straight forward. If an appointment is made, customers shouldn’t have a long wait. I came in to buy a car and it was my first time doing it alone. I was nervous because I’ve always known car salesman to be somewhat of a vulture.
