Had appointment for an oil change that took 4 hours. Why have customers schedule appointment if you’re not going to honor the appointment time, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue either. I understand that back ups will happen, but if a customer has taken the time to schedule their service then they should have priority over drive ups. To wait 4 hours for an oil change is ridiculous, I’ll start taking my vehicle to the quick lube places instead. More

Brian and Mauricio and the maintenance team did a great job taking car of my 2017 Armada. They found an issue that was covered by the factory warranty and got it taken care of just before we left on our fa job taking car of my 2017 Armada.
