I went here to buy my first new vehicle and knew the exact color and model I wanted. The dealership honors online prices in person so I didn't have to go through the torture of haggling! I was greeted by Ngozi and he was literally the best! Gave a very thorough tour of the vehicle, its features, how to use the key fob and gave a tour of the dealership. The test drive was wonderful and Ngozi was respectful of social distancing protocols also, the finance guy Javier and salesperson Ngozi were great at explaining all contract info. More

Although everyone there was very nice as far as the car that I was getting I had already signed the papers and because my financial institution only allows so much I had to bring the car back. I left work early to make it in time to my scheduled 4:00 service appointment and when I got there I was told that there were 15 cars ahead of me in line. I have a 4 year old son that needed to be picked up. service appointment and when I got there I was told that there were 15 cars ahead of me in line. I have a 4 year old son that needed to be picked up. Luckily, my mom was nice enough to come get me and take my son and I home. I never even received a call or text from anyone with an update about anything. I ended up calling there myself to see what was going on. I was told to be there by 7, because that is when they close; however when I was finally able to find a ride back up there, they had just started working on my car. My son and I waited in the waiting area until around 7:45. Luckily, he was being a good boy and was very patient with me. When the car was finally finished, I was handed a piece of paper and was asked to sign something and that was it. There was no explanation of the inspection that was done, like the service tech had done in the past. I was told no information about my vehicle. I was just shown the exit. Also, I never did receive any updates via text message, like I did last time. I don't think I have ever left such a bad review before, but this was a truly awful experience. If the oil changes weren't free per our signing agreement, I would never come back here again. More
