I requested to know the wait time before I came in. The receptionist said I would find out when I arrived. I arrived, it was 2 hour wait for a simple oil change. But the estimate was wrong, I had a 1:30 ap receptionist said I would find out when I arrived. I arrived, it was 2 hour wait for a simple oil change. But the estimate was wrong, I had a 1:30 appointment, and I left after 4. The waiting area is Amazing. The customer service was very polite and professional, but what is the point of an appointment?
