After 2 hours of waiting in the customer lounge, I look out the window of the customer lounge and see some idiot whipping around through the service bays in my car and not actually working on it. I see him swing in superfast into a service bay, then back out quickly, and take off. I immediately start asking anyone I could find to explain why this is happening. I then tell them I did not bring my car in here for free employee joyrides and that I need my tire replaced now, else return my car IMMEDIATELY. Eventually, a service manger gets my car back into the service bay and asks me if the damage on the bumper and front spoiler were there when I brought it in. Of course my front spoiler and bumper were NOT damaged when I brought it in! The idiot I saw joyriding fast through the service bays clearly hit something! He hit something so hard that the impact force from hitting the front spoiler traveled through the front spoiler and blew out through the front bumper. So, you guys went joyriding and wrecked my car and then over-charged me for a tire that has no road hazard or warranty coverage on it. I provided proof of what a fair price for a tire should be which was ignored. This is not the first time my car was damaged in your care, but it was the first time responsibility was taken and the repair was properly made. There were no apologies by anyone, not even by the idiot who was joyriding and wrecked my car. And, even worse, you originally tried to act like the damage was there prior to bringing it in. I really don't understand why your workers are allowed to be so careless with customer cars here, especially with the most expensive and fastest cars at your location. This whole experience has been a mess and after nearly a month, I finally got my car back and have now noticed the side mirror no longer opens/closes on the damaged side as if somebody also hit that mirror as well when joyriding as this was not an issue prior to bringing the car in either. More

My vehicle was there to get a few promised items during the purchase completed. The work was not done because the price I was offered at sale was much less than the price quoted by Omar.. Omar lied to me as well because the bed liner was to be a "low preasure" thick and rubbery spray on liner, not the thin and abrasive sand paper like type the others on the lot had. Omar told me there was a delay because the contractor used was "out" of this type of liner. I called them myself .... they were not "out" of it, they don't even OFFER it. Truck was driven 40ish miles while there and I was told it never even went to outside contractor. I've purchased about 10 or so vehicles from Don Davis lots, about 7 from Don Davis Nissan... and have ALWAYS had them serviced at the dealership... whole experience, purchase AND service has made me reconsider my loyalty to them, as they clearly have none to me. I was able to get the upgrades done outside the dealership for FAR less than quoted by Omar... and done within 1.5 hours (while I waited), Omar INSISTED it would take 4 hours (and billed/quoted for 4 hours labor)... I'm seriously questioning ever using a Don Davis dealership for purchases AND/OR service, ever again. **update** After submitting this review, I recieved a text message from George Murry ... based on the less than 5 rating I gave, surely his "thanks" was in sarcasm... I waited and waited for them to make things right, as I have been a loyal long term customer (see prior review also on this site) ... they have throughly done me wrong this go round... in fact, I just got off the phone with a sales manager who says he had NO IDEA about a refund for items paid for during the sale... and according to the accounting department, no refund request was processed... of course, each time I ask about it I am told it will be "tomorrow".... or some similar answer. This sale has been completed for weeks. The work was scheduled and not done weeks ago... the vehicle was taken to ANOTHER business, and the work has been done for over a week now.... but they haven't been able to process a check? And accounting doesn't even KNOW about it (before today)... come on guys, Really? More
