Your service department is terrible. Called and left a message in the morning to get update on my car. Great service comparatively higher price about $38 on battery Solars app is not working properly. Not sure why with an appt for 10:00 (oil change & tire rotation) I would be told ready at 1:00. Why did I make an appt? The service department is so slow. I've been here twice and it's always something. This last time they wasted 6 hours of my time fixing my car. We dropped it off around 9 and waited to be called. At around 11, I confirmed the services I wanted to be done and specifically asked if it would take longer than two hours and I offered to come back on Monday when I had more time. The guy, Daniel (his name isn't even on here), said he would put "an express request." This was at 11 so I figured it would be done at least before 1pm because he convinced me it would take under 2 hours. I returned at noon because I figured I only had to wait another hour or so. Wrong. I didn't receive my car until 3:00pm!! Apparently, there was a machine down but I was not notified. I'm not upset because it took a long time. I understand that services can take a long time but don't promise people a certain time if you know they have things to do. The moment the machine was down I should've been notified so I could have picked up my car and paid for the services that /could/ be done in that amount of time. More
They’re extremely slow. The young lady who assisted was very nice but I doubt I’ll be back. Too expensive and I know it’s a dealer but geesh!
