The service was horrible. I had to reach out to the service department about my car. My car was at nissan for 3 days before I spoke with someone about my car. I selected not to get the work done because of the outrageous price and elected to get a second opinion. I advised the service person I would pick up my car the next morning, but received a call the next morning telling me that I couldn't pick it up until Monday because they needed to put it back together still. Taylor Williams was the only reason we acquired the vehicle with Don Davis at all. He reassured us that all of the noise surrounding the dealership was of the past. The new leadership has evolved into a rewarding work environment and no issues would be experienced throughout the transaction process. Mr. Taylor, indeed, kept his word. From that point forward, it was smooth sailing. There were a few nice sedans available. He found the best one of the group and the car fit our needs perfectly. Once we agreed to purchased, the whole process took 20 minutes at the most. Welcoming personalities with great service will always ensure too invite new customers to pledge brand loyalty to Nissan.
