Service manager was rude and did not adhere to my concerns as I felt he should. Being that I did not purchase my car there, does not give them the right to treat me unfairly. I asked for assistance i concerns as I felt he should. Being that I did not purchase my car there, does not give them the right to treat me unfairly. I asked for assistance in a rental for my car to drop off to be serviced, they stated there was a shortage on rentals and will contact me when one is available...I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks now with no call back. I will not be returning here. Brian was amazing, best asset to your company, need more of people like him there. More
