I called the dealership before making an appointment to inquire about the price for a service the representative on the phone gave me a price of $537 and change plus 37.99 in labor. I gave my vin number so inquire about the price for a service the representative on the phone gave me a price of $537 and change plus 37.99 in labor. I gave my vin number so they could make sure they had the part in the color and style for my car.. they did so I set an appointment for the service, upon arrival of the appointment the associate told me I would have to send it the mirror for painting which would take a few days but they would place the mirror today without the back and she would call when ready. I told her what I was quoted and she said she would verify and call us back… She called about 3 different times and each time she quoted the price higher and higher. it went from 537 to $860 with labor actually being $150 when I asked why they told me I was misquoted on the phone by a customer service representative… I called the number specifically to the location I went too, I kept getting the run around as too why I was misquoted so wrongly. The painting was supposed to take an extra day or two at most from what the associate said. However it took an entire week for them to be done with it. There was no follow up during that week, I had to call twice to find out the status. One nice thing I can say is The associate helping us did give us a discount of $80 and was very nice however it made the entire experience as a whole made me feel like I was hustled for more money and my time. I will not be returning to this dealership to do any business nor would I recommend it to any friends family or clients. More
