I took my car in for service. I had to call the dealership to find out when my car was ready as opposed to them calling me. After driving 15 miles I got a check engine light and had to limp it bac dealership to find out when my car was ready as opposed to them calling me. After driving 15 miles I got a check engine light and had to limp it back to the dealership. Turns out a radiator clamp was defective or improperly installed. Should be a quick fix, right? After having to call a couple of times I was told it would be ready soon and they would even wash it for me. Several hours later, after receiving no “It’s ready for you” call, I went down there and still had to wait 30 minutes for it to be washed. Not the “service” I was expecting. More

Service was ok but technician failed to check water in battery, but noted battery failure. That caused my dashboard to go haywire while driving. Normal service. Oil change. Drove my vehicle home. All engine oil drained out. Don Davis towed vehicle back. I was issued a loaner. My service rep had the gall to tell me to ensure I fill up the gas tank engine oil drained out. Don Davis towed vehicle back. I was issued a loaner.
