I arranged to drop my new car off on a Friday morning to get some scratches fixed that were on it when I bought it. When I got there, I was sent to service, then sent to the used car lot and then back to se get some scratches fixed that were on it when I bought it. When I got there, I was sent to service, then sent to the used car lot and then back to service. Then, they acted surprised that I was going to get a loaner car (which had already been arranged). All of that was an inconvenience and very unorganized. But, it was when I came to pick up my car that was the worst. I had gotten a call on Friday night from the guy who checked me in that car was done. I went in to pick it up on Saturday morning and they had no record of my paperwork. I waited there for the better part of an hour while my car was essentially held hostage because of missing paperwork. They wouldn't let me take it because they needed a signature on something. In the mean time, I could see my car was done and in the parking lot. The whole thing was unorganized and unprofessional. If I make an appointment to drop off on Friday morning and to get a loaner, the loaner should have been ready for me when I dropped off. When I get a call from your service center saying my car is ready, I should be able to stop in and pick up my keys, sign any necessary paperwork and leave. Both visits left me with much apprehension about my next visit for service. More
My experience with Don Davis Nissan was a very good one. I called up there and spoke with Derrick Baney about a truck I saw online. I ended up getting it and paid their advertised price out the door. 90% of dealerships these days have AT LEAST $1500 worth of ‘fees’ on top of TTL added to their advertised price. Derrick and Don Davis did not do that. Go check them out. More

I visited Don Davis Nissan to have regular maintenance performed on my vehicle. Carlos A. did an excellent job in keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle maintenance! Jacqueline actually performed my vehicle maintenance, and I was able to see her at work through the waiting room window...she took her time and ensured that all the work she performed was carefully carried out!! While I was waiting, Ngozi, who sold me my current 2019 Rogue SL, came over to the service department and offered to show me the new 2021 Rogue. Ngozi walked me over to the sales floor, where I sat in the Rogue while Ngozi showed me its many, many upgrades!! (My decision on whether or not to trade up is pending...lol). So, to sum up my recent experience, Thank you, Carlos; Thank you, Jacqueline, and Thank you, Ngozi! This type of world class customer service is the reason why I'm a repeat customer!!
