I'm 72 years old and have been buying cars from local dealerships since I was 20 years old. I've dealt with just about every dealership in the Dallas metroplex. I am so impressed with the professionalism and customer service of the Don Davis Auto Group, specifically with the sales representatives Derrick Baney and Michael Mckinnin. The initial sales of the preowned car I purchased went smoothly but after two weeks I noticed a problem. Notifying Mr. Baney, he informed me to bring the car back and took care of the problem at no charge. The car is exactly what I wanted and I'm very pleased with it and the car-buying experience. Excellent customer service with my service advisor Buddy Melvin. I took my car in to get an oil change and a Brake job.
