I'm writing this to Nissan because l'm and long time customer of Don Davis Nissan. I have purchase five vehicles from Don Davis my salesman has always been Mr. Marvin Miller. We have a great relationsh customer of Don Davis Nissan. I have purchase five vehicles from Don Davis my salesman has always been Mr. Marvin Miller. We have a great relationship and my wife and I have always been treated very well by him. So a few weeks ago I brought my car in for some new tires. While waiting we decided to go out to the lot just to look at the Maxima while there Mr. Brandon began showing us some different Maxima's because Mr. Miller was tied up with another customer. At that point I told Mr. Brandon to run the numbers on my wife's Altima for a trade in on a Pearl White Platinum Maxima with peanut butter interior with chrome wheels so we new exactly what we wanted. By the time the service department was done with my new wheels we made a new deal for that Maxima, signed the paperwork for a done deal. The car wasn't on the lot but I was told that getting that car wouldn't be a problem. We went home and two weeks later No Car, NO communication. So, I stop by after work then the new car manager came told me he couldn't find the car we made the deal on and it was all his is fault. If I wouldn't have stop by I would still be waiting for a car that he couldn't get. I was mad and disappointed as long time customer. Kevin Thompkins More

Apparently surveys are more important than customer. However, if the focus is on the problem and it’s taken care of the reviews would get better. First I would like to say I had to purchase new tires before 30 thousand miles. Getting an oil change and tire rotation is pretty simply I thought. I had a lug nut left off came in to get it replaced only to come back an hour later and it still was off. I have small girls and I complained that the vehicle pulls. Three months later oil change and condensation in passenger floor. Made appt about issues had did not want to give me a car to drive. Picked up the card was to be charged 99.00 fo Hdiagnostic less than 40000thousand miles. Should had cleaned the car out instead it just smelt like it rained and dried out in the sun. Loyal customer poor service. This is the second new SUV purchase and the last one had the exact same issue may want to check that out. More
