Broken Promises and Poor Customer Service I purchased my 2020 Nissan Murano in March from Gianna Guerrero. Have not had much time to drive since I'm working from home and quarantining. I I purchased my 2020 Nissan Murano in March from Gianna Guerrero. Have not had much time to drive since I'm working from home and quarantining. I had to take my car in for service shortly after purchasing due to the fact my car was pulling to one side. I was advised I needed a front end alignment and this was not covered under warranty. I was not happy because I had very few miles and had not hit any curbs or pot holes. When I purchased the vehicle I was told they included 1 year of oil change service package. I scheduled my first oil change at the dealership on July 27, 2020 and advise the service tech, John Jones that I had 1 year of free oil changes that was included when I purchased the vehicle. The tech also advised a tire rotation should be done with each oil change, so I agreed. Once the service was completed I was presented with a bill for $64.00. The service tech advised me that they had no record of the oil change service contract on file and I should get with my Sales Person. I asked if this price included the cost of the tire rotation and he said no, they did not do the tire rotation. First of all I was extremely upset that the service tech did not tell me upfront that I did not have a service agreement for oil changes and second they did not even complete my tire rotation. With that said, I had an appointment for 7:00 am and was promised to get in and out (2 hours for an oil change) and was not communicated with that I did not have a service agreement for oil changes as well as they did not complete my service of rotating my tires. Extremely poor customer service/communication! I will not take my car back to Don Davis Nissan in Arlington for service nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone! More
