I have been a customer for many years. I made appointment for routing oil change. My appointment was at 3p. One would think it would be a quick process. Nope over 2 hours with appointment. I think because I for routing oil change. My appointment was at 3p. One would think it would be a quick process. Nope over 2 hours with appointment. I think because I have the maintenance plan they take the other customers before the ones with that have already paid in the plan. Too long of a wait. I brought my car in at 9am. I received no updates on how my car was, I didn't even get a call on when my car was finished. I had to call throughout I brought my car in at 9am.
