My service experience was horrible. Gabby Romero did not make me feel like a valued customer. She was not pleasant. She made excuses and told me what she couldn’t do. She exaggerated time and didn’t not com make me feel like a valued customer. She was not pleasant. She made excuses and told me what she couldn’t do. She was so rude she didn’t even see me after the service to explain what happened or what’s recommended I take care of the cashier called her overhead and then eventually she had to go get my paper work from Gabby. I took my truck in for it's First oil change a couple weeks ago , then had it in the shop to get a mirror repainted. Well this morning I noticed that the technician that did the oil change Did Not put al weeks ago , then had it in the shop to get a mirror repainted. Well this morning I noticed that the technician that did the oil change Did Not put all the screws in the front skid plate correctly. It's the little things that are adding up that are making me lose faith and trust in the Service Department. More
