Great Service I had a car in mind that I wanted before even got to the dealership. Went up to just look and found one that was exactly what I was looking for. The salesman, Brandon, let me drive it and it handled like a dream. I have driven an Altima before, but when you test drive one that will be yours to keep, it's a little different. I didn't anticipate on buying a car on the day I did with the pandemic happening, but they didn't have very many people on the lot and there were few people inside the building so I felt comfortable with having my children in the building while paperwork was situated. Horacio assisted Brandon in taking care of my family with the process of buying a new car and being patient with my kiddos at the same time. Brandon showed me around the dealership and make me very comfortable with where to go and who to talk to when I need to bring my new car for service. When I was passed off to financing, Stephen was just as awesome as Brandon and Horacio. He made me feel at ease with the paperwork and the fact that I was signing over a large check. When the car was delivered to me, it was nice, clean and bright (bought a white car). Would definitely recommend this team to anyone wanting a new car. I will most certainly return! More

New car Sales rep Ngozi and new car sales mgr John Diggs were wonderful to work with. Finance Dept not so happy with. Initially he said he would throw 2 extra years of Care Gard for free. We didn't get it were wonderful to work with. Finance Dept not so happy with. Initially he said he would throw 2 extra years of Care Gard for free. We didn't get it free. He charged us $342.00. plus my husband Bill did not get his military discount for being a veteran. He received military discount 2 years ago when he purchased his 2017 Titan. Plus you advertise veteran discount as well as the other dealerships. More
