The staff at the dealership was very nice. I’ve dealt with Marvin for years. I’d highly recommend him. My 2019 Altima was having a lot of issues so Marvin called me about trading it in. I was a little disappointed when the store manager called me. We spoke about how upset I was with the way I had to go in so many times with the previous car. I told him I was checking around and other Nissan dealerships were offering maintenance packages with the purchase of a new vehicle. He said He would see what he could do. Then of course when i get down there, he said he couldn’t do anything. I wouldn’t have even traded my other vehicle in if it wasn’t a defect. I had been in the shop 3 times in 4 months. So it was a year of payments wasted on a car that was a manufacturing defect. I felt like Don Davis should have honoured that sane package that other Nissan dealerships were offering especially considering my car was a defect. Only good thing i can say is Marvin is great. I have bought my past 3 cars from him. More

Service was good. Troubleshooting and repair within 24 hours, they also worked with my external warranty company to secure coverage.
