Service agent Chris Vasquez utilized poor communication skills to update me on repair status. Chris did not fully follow up with warranty company to verify if oil change was covered or not. I returned the 2 damaged tires covered under warranty. This tire was “thrown in the pile” and they were having trouble locating it and the service rep was supposed to call me when they did. That was Friday, it’s Monday afternoon and he has not called (or returned my calls) yet I had this tire for all of 36 hour before they lost it. More
