Not sure where to start. I was quoted one price in the service department and when it came time to pay, price was 100 dollars more. Service manager was unwilling to acknowledge their error and I just pai service department and when it came time to pay, price was 100 dollars more. First time there and will be my last...too many other options out there to put up with these scammers. Hands down the most questionable dealership I have dealt with. Please get your quote in writing if you must get any work done here. If you have a choice, find somewhere else. More

Great friendly and knowledgeable sales I went in today looking to upgrade my ride to the new Nissan Rogue. Ngozi was very knowledgeable and friendly. Disappointed with this experience The service advisor and the lady that took my payment were friendly. Although my ticket shows a 96-minute wait, I was on the drive for a while and checkout was at 2:17 (the time she ran my card). So, in reality I was there much closer to 120 minutes for an oil change. Then, when the friendly cashier needs someone to pull my car around, the person she asked to do it was acting like it was not his job. So right in front of me, he is arguing with her and she is literally begging him very nicely to get my car pulled around. She had to explain to him why the normal car getting person was not available to get it. It was ridiculous that guy's attitude. Then they present me with $1104.50 in recommendations for repairs. Two of which are contradicting. Do they want me to replace the battery and also clean the terminals on the old one? That makes no sense, but both were in RED, so they are urgent. I'm calling that suspicious. Oh yeah, I need new rear brakes. Really? Since this is my work car and 75% of my miles are on the highway. Ok, sell that to someone else. I normally go to Gunn Nissan for service, but when Don Davis sends me a coupon I go there. Not anymore, I would rather pay full price at Gunn to get fast service and not a load of doom and gloom about the condition of my 2018 vehicle. Plus, if Nissan sells such a crappy car that needs repairs all the time, I guess I need to get a different brand of vehicle. My 2012 Corvette, with more miles, hasn't had any of these problems. And it gets regular oil changes, no doom and gloom at the Chevy house. I'm guessing this is a Don Davis thing, they did it to my boyfriend also when his Altima only had 3000 miles on it. Tried to tell him about all its problems, with a straight face no doubt. That takes talent. I'll stick to Gunn Nissan from now on. More
