Service received is beyond my expectations. I want to commend service advisor Chris Vasquez, for going above and beyond my vehicle service needs. I bought my vehicle in for a service issue tha I want to commend service advisor Chris Vasquez, for going above and beyond my vehicle service needs. I bought my vehicle in for a service issue that i thought was under warranty. The service advisor said that he would call me with a answer. A couple of days later he called to inform me that my vehicle issue was not under warranty. I became very disappointed, but i was not letting this issue stopped there. I brought my vehicle in fo get the service maintenance, I spoke with my service advisor Chris Vasquez and i mentioned the issue to him, and i also told him, i would never purchase another NISSAN vehicle again. Chris spoke with his manager and later informed me the vehicle issue i was dealing with is under warranty, he got my car in for service. I was happy, Chris wenr above and exceeded my expectation.
