On February 17, 2020, my family and I received a warm welcome from Sales Representative Brandon Williams as soon as we entered the doors of Don Davis. My initial plans were to look at the big trucks beca welcome from Sales Representative Brandon Williams as soon as we entered the doors of Don Davis. My initial plans were to look at the big trucks because they are safer and make me feel so powerful on the road. Brandon listened carefully to my wants along with my financial situation. He helped me to understand that the Toyota Tundra may not have been my best option at the time and suggested for me to look at the Nissan Rogue - their most popular seller. It appeared to make sense as it aligned with my concerns of safety and a lower monthly note. After the test drive, Brandon noticed that I was not exactly thrilled with that particular vehicle, but I was willing to settle. He could have sold me that vehicle , but he continued doing his research until he found the perfect vehicle for me which turned out to be the Nissan Moreno. Once I saw that vehicle and test drove it, my eyes lit up because I knew that it had my name written all over it. And so, the deal was sealed!! Brandon displayed impeccable customer service to us from the time we entered Don Davis until the time we left. What I so admired about him is that he placed my needs above his own need of just trying to make a quick sale. And that defines exceptional customer service in my book! During the two plus hours that we spent with home, his personality and sense of humor became infectious. It felt like we were working with family. Brandon Williams was heaven-sent to us on that day! Pro: Great customer service. They were happy to assist and help me find a vehicle I LOVED and within my budget. Sales rep did not attempt to rush me in making a decision. She was focused on providing me with what I wanted. Con: I was pre-approved with an auto loan from another and they still ran my credit just to provide their offer. I was very adamant about not running my credit and was disappointed when the finance manager still did so. I understand they have a job to do, but NOT at the expense of my credit rating.....lol! Besides that lil' hiccup, they are a great dealership to work with. Really give their all in finding what you need! .....pssst......Sales rep Ms. Jacqueline knows her cars very well and willing to explain any and all to you!!!! More
