Fraudulent maintenance Don Davis assessed the brakes at 35K miles normal service time. Though the front brakes were supposedly OK, they said the rear brake pads needed repla Don Davis assessed the brakes at 35K miles normal service time. Though the front brakes were supposedly OK, they said the rear brake pads needed replaced. Being a former mechanic's son, this did not sound right, so I asked them to do the replacement, but leave the old brake pads with the car. When I saw them, I knew there was far more brake pads left than the 3 MM reported to me. The supervisor measured it at 6-7 MM, way more than that amount where brake pad replacement was needed. With considerable "egg on their face",at least they gave me the money back! But this calls into question the training and integrity of the whole dealership. They should not invent problems that do not exist just to make money! From my perspective, I will never use Don Davis recommendations for maintenance procedures in the future. More

The entire staff is very attentive to the customer's needs, offers great snacks & drinks, and go out their way to ensure they provide excellent service & rental cars if the vehicle needs to remain at th needs, offers great snacks & drinks, and go out their way to ensure they provide excellent service & rental cars if the vehicle needs to remain at the dealership overnight, or for a few days. The bathrooms and waiting areas are always ckean, & they do an excellent job moving vehicles through the service garage. I love visiting this dealership. More
No one called to provide a status when evaluation was comple I bought a battery in November. It failed in February. My original battery lasted 7 years.
