I was very unhappy with the customer service experience at my last visit. There was a huge lack of communication. John Jones assisted me with my services. I called to get updates because I had not heard anything after several hours. He then called me 10 minutes before closing to tell me my car was ready. I was unable to pick up my car which led to a large inconvenience for my family. I dropped my car off around 8:30am. He never indicated that my car would be kept all day. I work a full time job and have a child so it was hard to ensure I got to work and she got to school because my family unexpectedly did not have transportation. More
Great Service, Great Service Advisor I took my Frontier in for its 30,000 mile check up. I made an appointment, and was greeted immediately upon arrival. Erika communicated with me throughout the day regarding the status of my truck, and when they found something wrong, she immediately informed me, assured me it was covered under warranty, and gave me a rental car, since the repair could not happen the same day. The service department stayed open until 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, which made it possible for me not have to leave early from work in order to pick up my truck. My truck now drives like new. An all-around great experience. More
