Great Service, Great Service Advisor I took my Frontier in for its 30,000 mile check up. I made an appointment, and was greeted immediately upon arrival. Erika communicated with me thro I took my Frontier in for its 30,000 mile check up. I made an appointment, and was greeted immediately upon arrival. Erika communicated with me throughout the day regarding the status of my truck, and when they found something wrong, she immediately informed me, assured me it was covered under warranty, and gave me a rental car, since the repair could not happen the same day. The service department stayed open until 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, which made it possible for me not have to leave early from work in order to pick up my truck. My truck now drives like new. An all-around great experience. More

Rountine Maintenance I brought my car in to replace 2 tires and brakes, which was previously recommended. I was pleased with my service advisor John Jones. While working on my car the technician found some other things that needed maintenance and I was happy that he allowed me to see the issue for myself and explained what it was and the importance of fixing it. I was also grateful for John Jones helping me decide what to fix now and what I can wait to fix. More
