Excellent experience with Jose Maldonado. I scheduled to come in with the phone rep and Jose was ready when I got there. He had the car pulled up front and ready to go. Then when I didn’t like that, asked come in with the phone rep and Jose was ready when I got there. He had the car pulled up front and ready to go. He REALLY listened and after hearing it was for my son and newborn grandson, redirected me to a Rogue which would provide room, safety and most of all had the assurance of Nissan Certified used. I love the car for my son’s family. Then I got to Tyrone in finance who was a hoot. We had laughs like old friends and I saw the beautiful pics of his family and knew that he was interested in making sure I got what I needed for my son and added on the necessary coverages to keep to make sure this was a one time purchase that would be carefree for me financially beyond the payment.
