I have been to Don Davis Nissan service so many times and had dealt with different service advisors and so far Mike has gone above and beyond to make I have been to Don Davis Nissan service so many times and had dealt with different service advisors and so far Mike has gone above and beyond to make my service experience amazing, he turned a frustrating situation on the best service experience I ever had. My care guard contract expired a couple of months ago and he did everything he could to get my prepaid oil change and tire rotation taken care of but unfortunately it couldn’t be covered, Mike offered to apply a discount on my oil change and also he found out that the battery on my truck needed replacement, Mike found out that my battery was still covered under warranty and I did not have to pay for the replacement which it was a hefty amount of money.
