Only because I have a maintenance plan I had a 7am appointment and was there over 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. There was zero communication from service rep until about 830a I had a 7am appointment and was there over 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. There was zero communication from service rep until about 830am when he advised that my car was now being seen by a technician. An hour and half later and there were 6 cars in front of me! I make an appointment so I get serviced faster, but this is apparently NOT the case. I can get m il changed anywhere in this city in less than and hour and with an appointment at Discount Tire I ca get my tires rotated in less than 30 minutes. I don't want to hear about the other items that are inspected as 99% of the recommendations are all mileage based. The sad thing is that this is at the Express Service. I'm not a complainer but this is NOT the first time this has happened. I'm in sales and put lots of miles on my cars - I'm in there about every 4-6 weeks for service. More
