Expensive repairs After paying $4000.00 earlier in the year to get a/c fixed and power steering replaced, I was still having problems with my air and having no heat. The quote was $2400 to get the heat fixed which I can’t afford. The repairs are not a reasonable price for average consumer. I will not buy another Nissan. Too many repairs. More

A very long wait! Everyone was very polite and attentive. I appreciated the way Paul went over every detail of what my car needed and did not pressure me to do things Everyone was very polite and attentive. I appreciated the way Paul went over every detail of what my car needed and did not pressure me to do things that could wait a few more months.. Waiting area was great! Coffee, drinks, snacks, TV. I had an 11;00 AM appointment but my car didn't get back to the shop until around 12:30. It was finished about 2:00. That's quite a wait for an oil change and State inspection! Why make an appointment if you have to wait this long? The person who check my tire pressure reported that all tires had 35 lbs but my car monitor said they were on 30 and 31. They were supposed to be 33. I have my tires checked monthly and my monitor has been accurate so I'm not sure what happened here. More
