Shauna Brown was compassionate about my needs and wants, not one time did I feel like a sale. His compassion for people showed in EVERYTHING he did for me and that's something you don't GET GOING into a DEALERSHIP!! The funny part about it all was, I wasn't even looking for a car, my mother was and I drove off with a 2018 Nissan Altima with 36 miles. They STILL have done nothing to resolve the issue. I just assume get a refund for the amount due me. More
